The interview process was great, I went to the interview twice. My current co-workers who interviewed me asked me great questions about why I want to come work for Bloomfield College and more interesting interview questions. The second time around, they had a short list of candidates, and out of this short list of candidates they chose me because I was willing to accept less pay and gain some great experience. I took the right decision and said yes, because money is here today and not tomorrow or vice versa.

I had an initial interview with the search committee where I gave a short teaching demo. They then asked me a range of questions about my field. A few weeks later, I was called in to meet with the VPAA for a more in-depth discussion that touched on areas beyond my specialty. Overall, it was a good experience.
