First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bloodworks Northwest.
Technologist
It started with a preliminary phone interview. After that, there was a 3 person panel interview with managers and team leads. Then, a second panel interview with other technologists. They asked pretty standard interview questions and talked a lot about ability to work with shift schedules.

Software Developer
Had a remote call with the hiring manager first, and then we did a panel interview over Zoom. They asked me some technical questions about SQL and object-oriented programming. There were about five or six people on the panel from the development team.

RT2
The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked some standard questions, and also inquired about my past work history and my motivations for pursuing this career path. I was informed that I was a strong candidate and subsequently received an offer. However, the actual job turned out to be different from what I had anticipated.

Blood Collection Specialist
I applied on the company's website. After a few weeks, I got an email to set up a phone screen. I did the phone interview, and the person on the other end said they'd get back to me by the end of that week. That didn't happen. It took about 4 more weeks to get an email stating they had chosen other candidates.
