The interview process was pretty good, the HR person was really nice. They'll ask stuff based on your resume, like why you picked your last job, so make sure you're ready for that. Also, remember to ask them questions after the interview.

They start you out with a simple math test. Then, a short chat with the HR manager and the Controller. If they vibe with you, they'll set up another interview. This one's to meet the management team you'd be working with most (customer service and purchasing managers) and the accounting crew. If everyone likes you after that, you're in! My advice: be friendly and show you're ready to work.

I had a phone call with HR who was direct but nice. Then I had an onsite with the CFO which was a terrible experience. I emailed HR saying I was still sick and asked to reschedule or do a video call, but they insisted I continue. The CFO acted like a germaphobe, asking if I was on antibiotics and making rude comments about me getting him sick or touching his furniture. He went through every bullet point in my resume, acting like a know-it-all about companies and their products, even though his experience is in food/manufacturing and he didn't understand high tech. He criticized me for not having manufacturing experience, and when I pointed out that it wasn't required, he arrogantly said he was looking for reasons I'd fit. At the end, he mentioned they still have hundreds of candidates to interview, which implied they wouldn't move forward with me, instead of just saying so.
