The interview was pretty straightforward. My recruiter was responsive and upfront about everything. I got through all the final rounds and eventually met with the VP of Product, who seemed like a solid, smart guy. We had a good chat, and he asked me to walk through my background and discuss my understanding of Blockchain.com. A few days after the final round, I received a standard HR notification saying they decided not to move forward with me. I'm waiting to hear back from the recruiter for a more direct, formal response. It's worth taking time to research Blockchain.com's offerings and the current challenges in the crypto industry they're facing.

I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial chat about a Payments Product Manager role. It was a 30-minute call and seemed to go well, as they wanted to move forward. Next, I received a take-home assignment, which they mentioned would be the basis for the next two 30-minute rounds scheduled just two days later. The first of these was to discuss the take-home, where I presented my ideas for 15 minutes and fielded numerous questions. The second round was more of a casual chat about my current role and career goals. They indicated there would be no further rounds. The recruiter followed up two days later with an update.

It was thorough with 7 interviews total, but it was a great experience getting to meet everyone on the team to see if it was a good fit. I also completed a technical task and a take-home presentation.
