First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blitt and Gaines P.C.
Paralegal
The interview process was pretty easy and nice. First, HR called to chat briefly about my background and availability. Then, a few days later, I had a casual chat with a state attorney and one of the partners. It felt more like a friendly conversation than a real interview. They mainly wanted to know about my personality, how I communicate, and my general attitude towards work. There weren't any specific legal questions, just some situational and behavioral ones to see if I would fit in with the team. If you show up with a positive, proactive attitude and real interest in the job, you'll probably get an offer.
- How do you manage stress and tight deadlines?
- What sparked your interest in this particular practice area?
Debt Collector
The interview was pretty standard as far as questions. However, you can tell how oriented the company is to one another by how they advocate for each other and the company.
- Do you like asking people for money?
Legal Assistant
I interviewed with the manager and supervisor. The questions were pretty simple and straightforward. They asked about what I did at my previous employer and explained the position I was interviewing for. Overall, it was an easy interview with no difficult questions.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your previous work experience?
Legal Assistant
The interview was only 20 minutes long. It was easy, but the interviewers were unprofessional.
- Can you describe a time in your previous job when you had to organize a chaotic situation?
