The whole process was laid out pretty clearly. First, I had a call with a recruiter who asked about my background, my past work, and why I wanted this job. Then, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager and another team member. We talked about problem-solving, I gave examples from projects I'd done, and they asked some 'what if' questions about the job. Lastly, there was a brief chat about company culture, what it's like on the team, and what they expect. Everyone was nice and professional, and they kept me in the loop. It was a good, organized, and upfront experience.

So the interview was pretty long, it had four parts. First, I talked to HR about my background and if I'd fit in. Then, I had this online coding test on DevSkills to see if I could code and solve problems. After that, I had a technical interview with some senior people where they dug into my technical knowledge and past work. The last part was another technical interview, but this time with a practical coding test to see me code live.
