I was first contacted by a recruitment agency. Then, I had a phone chat with someone from the company itself. After that, I went to an interview at their Porto office. Later on, there was another interview via Skype with a person who couldn't make it to the previous one. Finally, I got a job offer. The whole process from the initial contact to the offer took about three weeks.

I got a message from HR Partner, then we talked and moved on to a second interview with a group of DMs. The third part was supposed to be a soft skills test, and then the fourth round would be with the hiring manager.
