First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blendtec.
Marketing
First, a phone interview to screen candidates and see if they are qualified and a good fit. Then, an in-person interview with the hiring manager for a more specific interview. Finally, an interview with the department Vice President to ensure everyone is on board with the candidate. If you make it that far, you may or may not get an offer soon thereafter. With this company, you have to hire quick before they change their mind, so managers are or should be quick to get someone in.

Manufacturing Floor
I sat down at a table, with me on one side and three people on the other side - two production managers and one other person. They asked me questions like, 'What makes you think you would be a good candidate for this job,' and 'why do you want to leave your previous employer.'
- Why are you looking to leave your previous job?
Graphic Designer
I had applied online a few months ago for a Senior Designer role but didn't get an interview. Then this position opened up and they called me for an interview. I met with the HR manager, the Marketing Director, and the Senior Art Director.

Finance
The interview was relaxed but professional. It required some preparation but no industry-specific knowledge. There was a single round interview with two employees. I heard back two weeks later. I did have to reach out a few times to check on the status of my application. It was a positive experience overall.
