First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blenders In The Grass.
Cashier
The interview was really laid-back. The interviewer was younger than me, which made me feel at ease and they were really welcoming. They asked me about myself and my availability. It was a very quick interview, and I found out I got the job not long after.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
Barista
The hiring process was really straightforward. I went in, asked for an application, and they pretty much hired me right away. The manager was really laid-back and, to be honest, didn't seem very professional in appearance.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Tell me about your experience.
- Are you able to handle working in a fast-paced setting?
Blendito
I applied in person with just my resume and then had to fill out an application form. After submitting it, I interviewed with the manager. It was pretty straightforward. Since it's an entry-level role, the interview was mainly to see if my personality would mesh well with the team.
- Could you describe your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
- Which job has been your favorite and why?
Store Manager
They prefer to hire from within. I had worked for them for 4 years, left to try managing elsewhere. I called them to ask if they were looking and they called me back to set up the interview time. You head up to their corporate office and meet with all three of the owners.
- How long do you intend to stay here and what are your goals to gain from working with us
