The interview process was excellent from start to finish, spanning about a month. I went through five individual interview rounds and 1 final QBR presentation with clear instructions provided. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and engaging. The recruiter was especially outstanding. She was highly organized, responsive, and clear about the next steps throughout the entire process. It was a great experience overall.

The interviewer rescheduled our first meeting an hour before it was supposed to happen, and then was 12 minutes late to the new time. She mentioned she had another meeting right after, so couldn't go over the time even though she was late. The job description said it was remote, but they actually need you full-time at the Westlake location. I told her I live in Culver City, and she basically dismissed me, saying it was too far to be seriously considered. The rest of the interview had a negative vibe; it felt like she was just going through the motions instead of trying to get to know me. They said they'd follow up within a week, but they didn't. I decided not to follow up because they didn't seem to value my time or see me as a good fit.

The interview process was great, with thoughtful questions and dialogue. It was my best interview experience yet, feeling like a mutual education and fit process. People from several areas within the organization participated to ensure visibility across multiple departments.
