Got a quick call back after applying and did a short phone interview. They asked about my salary needs and general experience. After that, it was a panel interview with a manager, two department members, and HR. HR asked a few questions, and the others asked what seemed like generic questions. They were concerned about my current job, which was a bit odd since they hired people from there before.

So, I had this interview, and honestly, it was wild. They wanted me to come in person to their Avon headquarters at 8 AM. Two people were supposed to interview me, but one didn't show up. Instead, they joined via Microsoft Teams, but with his camera off. Neither interviewer seemed to really know my resume. The one who was actually there started folding my resume halfway through, which was a clear message. It makes you wonder what it's like to actually work there if this is how they treat candidates.

I applied online and after a couple of weeks, I had a phone interview which was pretty standard. After that, I had an in-person interview with two of the three managers I'd be working with. They were both really nice, and the questions were mostly typical interview questions. It felt more like a relaxed chat than a formal interview.
