The process was long with many steps. The people seemed nice but the HR didn't really know about the position they were hiring for and could not answer any details.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 3 to 4 step process. First, there was an HR/Culture interview, then a job-specific technical interview. After that, I went into the office for more discussions with the team. I didn't get an offer, but I really enjoyed the process and everyone I met was friendly and professional.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview started with a 30-minute screening call with an HR rep, which was a good back-and-forth. Next, I had a call with the President, who talked a lot about Blanchard 2.0 and their 20-year reorganization plans. He wanted to meet again soon. I felt both calls went well, especially since they invited me back. Then, about a week later, I got a rejection email that went to my junk folder. It's more appropriate to get a phone call for executive positions, even if it's a rejection, because we're the ones who will be buying their services. A form letter from a company like this is disappointing because it shows they don't really follow through. I've just accepted another senior executive role and have already removed KBC from our approved vendors list.
