The interview process had a good vibe, with mostly general questions and very few behavioral ones. The interviewers were great, and I got to meet the people I wanted to. The office might seem a bit old-fashioned, but everyone was really easy to talk to. Heads up, they didn't provide lunch even for lunchtime interviews, so be prepared.

I applied online for the Blakes Diversity and Inclusion Pre-Law Summer Student Program INTERNSHIP. About a month after I applied, the recruitment coordinator invited me for a phone interview with the recruitment manager and assistant director. However, on the day of the call, the assistant director was unavailable, so the call was just with the recruitment manager. I was told I'd hear back within a week about an in-person interview. It took them a full month to let me know they were moving forward with other candidates, which was a generic message. Honestly, a company that takes that long to get back to applicants isn't the kind of place I'm looking for or a culture that would suit me.
