I got an online assessment with some brain teasers, pretty easy. After that, a few days later, I had another assessment, kind of like a HireVue. You should know about Blackstone and be ready to talk about your resume. Haven't heard back yet, so I guess I didn't make it to the next step.

I applied online and got a call from the hiring manager really quickly, like within 15 mins. They set up a phone interview for the very next day. After that went well, we met up downtown for coffee the next day. Then, she took me to the office to check out the place and introduced me to some folks. After that, I had another in-person interview with the Director of Recruiting, followed by a coffee chat with the Recruiting Manager. The final stage involved three phone interviews with managers located in their San Francisco and DC offices. I really liked that all the important people got to weigh in on the decision, and the interviewers later on were cool about knowing what feedback they already had, so they didn't do super traditional interviews. It was great getting to chat with everyone involved.

I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview. The Blackstone recruiter was amazing and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. They were super easy to talk to. Because they told me exactly what to expect and who would be interviewing me and about company benefits before the in-person part, I knew what was coming. One thing I really liked about Blackstone is how nice everyone is, and you can totally tell during the interview process.

The process was very professional. Everyone was ready on time for the meetings, and the recruiter was really helpful explaining the benefits. I met with different people, from team members to program managers. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. I'm still in the middle of the interview process, but the recruiter has been great at keeping me updated on what's happening.
