Technical Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was really challenging and intense. It felt rigorous, technical, and demanding, requiring precise and analytical thinking under high pressure. It was competitive, thorough, and focused on problem-solving and strategic thinking. The whole thing was very detailed, fast-paced, and stressful. They presented complex, time-constrained problems to test critical-thinking, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills. It was also behavioral and scenario-based, definitely tough, comprehensive, and grueling. The evaluation was exacting and nerve-wracking.

I had 5 interviews and a python assessment. Four interviews were focused on finance, covering topics like bond mechanics and risk management, from basic concepts to advanced strategies. There was also a Python assessment to gauge my coding skills. The final step was a follow-up interview with a team member to discuss my performance on the assessment.

Behavioral Case Technical Coding

The hiring manager reached out directly to our school's career services to set up interviews. It was a 1 BQ round plus a case study, followed by 4 rounds of technical interviews. The first round was just behavioral. The next one was a case study on building a long-short momentum strategy. The last 4 rounds covered all sorts of technical stuff like probability, ML, LeetCode, and stats.
