So for this grad program, the first thing is a Hirevue interview. It's got 3 questions, and you get 1 minute to prep and 2 minutes to answer each. They ask both motivational stuff and technical questions, so definitely research the company beforehand, it's pretty important.

started with a behavioural interview, then had 2 technical interviews. The people in the behavioural interview were really nice and helpful, asking about different situations and what I'd do. The technical interviews were more like whiteboard-style discussions about how to make specific chess pieces move.
