Technical Behavioral Coding Presentation Group

So first you apply online, then you might have to do this pre-interview assessment thing, could be a one-way video interview or like a technical test. If you pass that, you go on to do behavioral and technical interviews where they check out your teamwork, leadership, and how you handle finance stuff or coding, depending on the role. Then, if you make it to the finals, there's a "Superday" which is basically a bunch of interviews all about whether you fit with BlackRock's vibe: fiduciary duty, working together, getting stuff done, taking ownership, and aiming for a better future. You should totally prep by looking into market trends, practicing the STAR method for your answers, and connecting your experiences to how BlackRock wants to help people with their finances. It's a pretty tough process, but very structured, and they really care about if you align with their culture and purpose.

Technical Behavioral Coding

The interview process at BlackRock was well-organized and professional, consisting of 2 rounds. I faced a mix of technical and behavioral questions, mainly focusing on Java and Spring Boot. The technical rounds tested problem-solving, coding skills, and understanding of backend development concepts. Interviewers were approachable and supportive, making the experience challenging yet fair. Overall, a great opportunity to showcase skills and learn about enterprise-level development practices.
