We'll start with a screening phone call with HR, then a video interview with the manager. After that, you'll have a video interview with both the manager and a key stakeholder. This will be followed by a video interview with the Managing Director. If that goes well, HR will give you a call to discuss salary. Finally, you'll have an introductory call with your new manager.
- How would you approach improving our current processes?

I had a great time interviewing with BlackRock. The team was really professional, knew their stuff, and made me feel welcome. I ended up deciding not to move forward with the role, but I really liked how open they were and the good conversations we had.
- Can you tell us about your experience?

I applied online and about 2-3 weeks later I was asked to schedule a Zoom interview with someone on the team. There were about 6-8 interview slots to pick from. I think the interview went okay. It went over standard things about work experience and teamwork. The interviewer mentioned the 5 pillars of BlackRock and asked for examples of how I've already applied them. I was told I'd hear back from HR in 2 weeks. I didn't get anything. I checked my portal about a month later and saw I was rejected. Kinda cold.
