I found the job posting on zip recruiter and sent in my resume. The very next day, someone called me for an interview. I went to their office, and it seemed like a cool place to work with music playing and a lively, clean space. I met with the hiring manager, who was really nice and gave me a lot of info. The interview itself was pretty fast. He asked me some stuff about myself and my reasons for seeking a new job, and also about how I'd fit into their competitive setting.

The interviewer wanted to reschedule about an hour before we were supposed to start and then was about 10 minutes late to the actual interview. I wasn't that impressed because the job seemed like it was basically just door-to-door sales.

I applied and got a call for an initial interview 2 days later. The first interview was with the hiring manager. It was a nice environment, with music playing. I got a follow-up call and they set up a second interview. For the second interview, I met with someone more senior. They explained the daily tasks and the pay. They also answered my questions. I decided it wasn't the right fit for me because I'm introverted and the role requires someone outgoing.

So there are 3 rounds in the interview process. The first interview is short and sweet just to know about the company. The second is a little bit longer and tells you more about every day in the office.
