I went through 4 interviews and everyone I spoke with was really nice and easy to talk to. They asked me about my personal life and some easy technical questions to see where I'm at skill-wise; nothing tricky. It was also super clear that they really liked working there.

Behavioral Technical

It was four interviews in total. The first was with the recruiter where we talked about my background and some general behavioral stuff, and they told me about the company. Then the recruiter called again to prep me for the next interview with company details and possible questions. The second interview was with a software lead, who also went over my background and asked both behavioral and technical questions about my work. After that, I got an offer from another company, so I told the recruiter. They rejected me a day later. The third interview was supposed to be with company leaders, maybe even a founder. The fourth and last interview would have been with the team I would be working with.

It was a super relaxed interview process. I had a phone call with a full-time developer. We talked about my interests, what I was looking for in a software development internship, and the kind of work the full-time developers did day-to-day. There were no technical questions, and the call was about an hour long.
