Learning and Development Consultant
So, I went through a three-round interview process, but honestly, there was zero follow-through. After the last round, I heard absolutely nothing, not even after I reached out to the recruiter. Seriously, they should really respect candidates' time; it's super important for how people see the company. If someone makes it to the third round, they at least deserve a clear answer, not to be ghosted like that.
- Do you read and what kinds of things do you read?
Business Development Representative
I was completely ghosted after they verbally offered me the job. The interview itself was great and I met great people, but I have no idea what happened. Zero out of ten for professionalism and respect. I'm extremely disappointed that they couldn't even send an email to let me know what happened. Sad.
- What is your motivation for success?
Marketing Manager
Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. They were really clear about what the call would be like and gave me a chance to ask questions. They even gave me feedback right after. They also explained the next steps and the overall interview process really well. The recruiter was nice and easy to chat with. I really liked how clear they were about the role and what to expect.
- Can you describe your approach to collaborating with internal stakeholders on specific projects?
Network Engineer
They initially said there were 3 rounds, and after I cleared them, they said an offer was coming soon. But then, two days after the third round, HR called saying there was one more round to clear for the offer. After that last round, there's been no response, and HR isn't picking up. They kept emphasizing they only hire who they need and won't consider others, so we shouldn't back out. Now they're not responding, which feels really unethical and unprofessional.
