First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Black Box Intelligence.
Accountant
TDn2K had a really good interview process. They seemed to put a lot of thought and effort into their hiring decisions. I had phone calls and then an in-person interview. The whole experience was professional and gave me a good feel for the work environment. Everyone I met seemed genuine and really cared about TDn2K. It was a very positive experience, and the company is impressive. Their leadership is top-notch.
- Questions asked were about technical skills and culture fit.
- Can you tell me about your technical accounting skills and how you would fit into our company culture?
Business Analyst
Applied online and after about 2 weeks, I got a packet of exercises to finish. About 2 weeks after that, they brought me in for an interview. A week after that, I had to do a personality test. Then, 2 more weeks passed, and they wanted me for a final interview. The people there were really nice and easy to talk to, but I'd be careful about how long they take to decide, especially if you have other offers.
- What kind of work setting do you prefer?
Business Development
I applied online and heard back quickly. We did a short screening call, then they set up an in-person interview. I met with a bunch of people: the VP of BD, the Sr. Exec of BD, an Analyst (who was Rockstar of the quarter), and the COO. After that, I had a call with the founders who are out of state. Then the VP of BD called me with an offer.
- Are you more reserved or outgoing and friendly with coworkers in the workplace?
Data Engineer
So you apply, then you have a phone chat with a recruiter. After that, there are like 2 or 3 more interviews with the team and people from other departments. Then they make a final offer and you can negotiate it.
- Can you tell me about your experience that's relevant to this role?
