I went through two rounds of interviews virtually. I haven't heard back since, so I'm guessing I didn't get the job, but it would be nice to know. The application itself was easy, but the whole process took way too long and felt off.

I went through a recruiter, and it was a very professional and quick process. The first interview was online, and after that, I met some of my future colleagues in person at their office. Everyone was really nice. The office looked pretty new. It's in a good area, but finding parking was a bit tricky.

So first there was an in person interview and I also had a take home test. The test involved some basic design problems and calculations. Then I had a second interview with the team where they asked some basic experience questions, like 'tell me about yourself', and also asked about my experience with different kinds of design.

Started with a web-based interview with someone from corporate, then went in person to the Chicago branch. The whole process was pretty simple and easy. The in-person interview felt casual and relaxed, with some corporate folks joining remotely. Questions asked were pretty basic.
