I applied online and got a call for an interview. They asked some simple questions and said they would call back. Less than a week later, I got a call for a second interview. They asked more simple questions and said they would call for a third interview. Twenty minutes after that second interview, they called for my third interview. The third interview had a long wait time, but I was offered the job. Then I took a drug test, and the next day, they said I was eligible and would be called for orientation. Orientation is just long, boring videos, but you get paid to watch them!

I went through a few interviews. The first two were pretty basic; they just called me in and asked about my past experience. For the last one, I had to take a quick test. After that, they gave me a drug test form to complete within 24 hours. About a week later, they called me back to start my training.

they first call and ask a few questions about your past job experience, and tell you a bit about Bjs and why you think you are the best candidate for this position. For me, since im applying for the members services team, they would ask me about sales and about my experience involved with sales.
