Operations Director
It's a normal interview process. You'll also need to do a high-level test. Overall, the interview process is very straightforward. The hiring manager will give you details about the job description and your responsibilities.

Assistant Manager
It was a good conversation where we exchanged info. The person interviewing me was nice and was really interested in how I would handle the scope of the job and fit in with the team. They also talked about the good and bad parts of the job.

You'll first have a phone chat to see if we're a good fit for each other. Then, you'll meet with the Hiring Manager or team to go over your skills and experience more. Finally, we'll send over an offer letter if things go well.

Production Operator
