I had my first interview with the HR Supervisor and then I was scheduled for a second interview with the supervisor. The interview went well, and I was told that I would hear back with further steps. It's been 1 1/2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything.

BizIQ was super communicative from the get-go. They laid out the interview steps clearly, always got back to me quickly via email and text, and moved fast with next steps or letting me know if I wasn't selected. I liked that they were straight up about the job and the perks. The questions they asked really helped me understand the role and the team vibe, and everyone was happy to answer my questions. All in all, a really good interview experience.

This was one of the best interviews I've had. I talked with a recruiter manager who shared a lot of information, more than usual. I almost canceled because I had already had 3 interviews that day, but I'm glad I didn't. It was a really fun and relaxed conversation. They focused on what matters to me in a new company and made sure to answer all my questions first, instead of just asking about my past jobs.
