First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bizflow.
Accountant
Had an initial 10-min phone screen with HR, followed by a 1-hour video call with hiring managers who asked about my resume and past experience. Then there was an in-person interview that lasted 2-3 hours. I was supposed to have a final round with the CEO, but HR never followed up. The whole process took too long, and it was disappointing that HR didn't get back to me professionally. The hiring managers also asked a lot of inappropriate personal questions.

Business Analyst
The company seems promising and is working on innovative projects. The interview wasn't overly challenging and featured interesting questions. The interviewer aimed to understand me thoroughly, which was a positive. Unfortunately, it didn't lead to an offer.

Business Analyst
First, I had a Skype interview with the Finance VP, which lasted about an hour. Next week, I have another Skype interview with the CEO, which will be about two hours long. While these were remote, I heard that some candidates have their final interview on-site.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in BizFlow?
- Could you explain what BizFlow does?
- What do you consider your value in life?
