I applied to Bitly back in November and the whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks. It kicked off with a first chat on the phone with Lexi. She was super upfront and honest about the gig I was applying for, and she cleared up all my questions, which were plenty. After that, I was invited into the office to meet the CRO, the sales director, the team lead, and some of the folks I'd be working with. They really take this process seriously. They make an effort to get to know you to see if you'd be a good match. Everyone was really friendly and totally clear about how things are set up and what the daily grind would be like. Now that I've been here over a month, I can say they vet candidates thoroughly and truly invest time in introducing you not just to your direct teammates, but to the whole company. It's a fantastic company with great leaders who genuinely want to see you succeed, on a personal level too!

I applied online for the role at Bitly through LinkedIn. A recruiter contacted me to schedule an initial phone screen. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went to the office for interviews with two team members and the hiring manager. The last step was a video chat interview with the department VP. I got an offer pretty quickly after that.
