The interview process started out okay with the first couple of rounds going well. I thought I did great in all of them, but then there was nothing for a while about the next steps. No one followed up, and there was no accountability. I'm not sure how their recruitment coordinators operate. When I called them after a few days, they told me they needed to set up the next interview. Overall, it was a really bad experience interviewing with a company that has such talented engineers working with great technology.

The hiring process was smooth with 3 rounds in total. We started with the Hiring Manager, then moved to a Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) round, and finished with a High-Level Design (HLD) round. Depending on the team, there might be an extra Cultural Fitment round.

I had 3 rounds of technical interviews and the process was quite smooth. Before each round, HR clearly communicated the expectations. After clearing each round, the HR team gave feedback within 2-3 days and communication regarding the next rounds was given within the same week since I had positive feedback.
