My interview with Bisnow was really nice. I went through about 6 interviews, which was cool because I got to know the company better and meet people from different jobs. Everyone was really friendly, open, and honest. It was also great having a recruiter to talk to during the whole thing if I had questions.

Behavioral

The interview process was intense, but in the best way. Talking with so many people from different teams, roles, and markets gave me a real look into the company culture and confirmed that this is where I want to be. It also showed me how thoughtfully the company approaches hiring, only bringing someone in when they’re confident it’s the right fit on both sides.

It was an exhausting interview process with bad communication. I went through multiple rounds of interviews at Bisnow and found the process to be frustrating and poorly structured. After each round, I was told I needed to meet with "just one more person," which became a recurring theme over several weeks. The HR contact was vague and noncommittal throughout, providing little clarity or transparency about next steps. It felt like the finish line kept moving, and there was never a clear timeline or endpoint. Ultimately, I received a generic rejection email after investing significant time and energy. I wish they had been more upfront and respectful of candidates’ time.
