First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bishop Gold Group.
Account Executive
The interview process was easy and friendly from beginning to end, with great communication all around. I especially liked talking with the HR staff because they were nice and engaging.
- What is your biggest motivator?
Sales Associate
I spoke with the office manager first, and she was really nice and gave me a good overview of the company culture and how things work. Then, one of the higher-ups chatted with me, and that was the whole process.
- Could you tell me more about yourself?
Junior Broker
The interview was pretty standard. I went in and talked with them about myself and their company. They have a cool office in West LA. They told me about what I'd be doing. The hours are normal and the pay can be really good with commission.
- What makes you want to work in this industry?
Inside Sales Representative
The recruiting manager was really on top of things and kept in touch throughout. I interviewed on a Tuesday and got my answer (and an offer) plus all my questions answered by the next Monday.
- Can you discuss your recent experience and explain how the skills you gained might be applicable to this role?
