Customer Success Manager
We started with a phone screen from the hiring manager, then a separate call with them, followed by a chat with both the hiring manager and a lateral team manager, and finally, a conversation with HR.
- Could you share details about your past experience?
- Describe your approach to handling difficult customers.
- What motivates your interest in this role at our company?
Customer Success Manager
I went through three rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with HR, then the VP of the team, and finally, the managers on the team. There wasn't a formal test or writing assignment, but they did ask a lot of technical questions.
- Can you share an instance where something didn't go as planned and explain the steps you took to fix it?
Customer Success Manager
It was a pretty simple interview process, actually quicker than some others I've been through lately. A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and we had a video call about a week later for a basic screening. Then, about a week after that, I had the next interview, and my final one was another week later. So, the whole thing from applying to getting the offer took about three weeks.
- Can you share your experience with upselling?
- Describe your typical approach to conducting quarterly business reviews with clients.
- What key performance indicators were you evaluated on previously, and how did you achieve those targets?
