The interview process was really simple and straightforward, and they were very open about everything. They answered all my questions clearly. Everyone I met was really nice and cordial. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a three-part interview process. First, there was an intro call with a recruiter. Second, a standard interview that included a mock cold call. Third, an in-person interview at their headquarters. Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to. I don't have anything negative to say about the Birdeye team!

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter was great and gave me good info about the job, culture, and company direction. She then passed me to two hiring managers, the Major Accounts manager and the MidMarket accounts manager. The calls were virtual using a cheap system. One manager was late by about 5 mins and wasn't prepared or didn't review my resume. The other manager was similarly unprepared, and I realized it within minutes of the call starting. It was a total waste of time and I lost interest due to their lack of preparation. I didn't even bother sending a thank you note since I figured they wouldn't read it anyway. The recruiter, who was great, informed me I wasn't moving forward. I told her she's too talented and should find a new company.
