The interview process involved two rounds: one with HR and another with the team lead. It wasn't overly challenging. The entire process, from initial contact to hearing back, took about two to three weeks. An offer was extended approximately a week after the final interview.

So, before the first interview, I had to do this written assessment, which was pretty easy. Then there were two rounds of interviews. The first one was with a policy analyst and an assistant director, and that lasted about 20-30 minutes. The second interview was with the director and also lasted 20-30 minutes.
