Had a quick chat with HR, then the hiring manager called the next day. The HR call was okay, but the hiring manager seemed uninterested and unprepared from the jump. I ended up leading the whole interview, and they didn't even have questions. It wrapped up in about 15 minutes. They just seemed off, unprofessional, and not ready.

It was a simple 2 interviews. One with a HR rep and another with that department Manager. Took around 2 weeks for the full process but it was very straightforward. Easy process with a communication from HR being very fast if I had any questions

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was long and drawn out. I spoke with the SVP and CTO, and then had an interview with another BA who didn't seem to understand the role. While they were still searching, they hired a second recruiting company. This new company found my profile and wanted me to interview with them. When I told them I had already interviewed and was waiting on the original company, the role suddenly closed.

Behavioral Technical

I had a great initial chat with the HR recruiter who was enthusiastic and made me feel qualified and that the company culture was supportive. The second interview, with the hiring manager, was the opposite. They dismissed most of my experience, said I knew nothing, and that I'd be entry-level despite my nearly 10 years in sales and management roles. This felt insulting and unprofessional, especially since they asked about my past experience multiple times, implying I wasn't truthful. When I asked questions, they spoke AT me, and seemed annoyed when I asked for clarification, assuming I should've known the answers. This interaction gave me a poor impression of the company's management style, so I decided not to continue, which is fine as they mentioned interviewing 'a ton of people' for the role.
