Quant Analyst
It was a 5-round process, held on campus. The first two rounds were quizzes. After that, there was a take-home assignment. This was followed by a technical interview and then an HR round. I wouldn't recommend joining this organization though, as both offers were revoked after a 5-7 month waiting period.
- Were there any questions related to the take-home assignment concerning Energy allocation?
Quantitative Analyst
I had a technical interview and an HR interview. The technical part covered statistics (if you're solid with stats up to a 2nd-year college level, it's not too tough), the pandas library, and general programming concepts like pass-by-value versus pass-by-reference.
- Technical interview included questions on statistics, the pandas library, and general programming.
- HR interview.
Ethanol Scheduler
I had an interview that lasted about an hour and a half with three different people who I met with at separate times. The interview itself was pretty relaxed and made me feel at ease. However, after the interview, they never got back to me. HR was in contact for a few weeks, telling me a decision would be made by a certain date, but that date kept getting pushed back. It felt like they were stringing me along.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Assistant Manager
The interview process involved one round and I received an offer a week later. The management team was very nice and pleasant to work with. The people working there are very smart. They recently relocated their offices closer to the beltway. Once a month, they provide catered food for the employees.
- Can you tell me about your experience in the energy sector?
