The interview process took a whole month because one of the interviewers got sick and we had to reschedule. I showed empathy and used the extra time to prepare a short PPT that seemed to interest them, enough that they asked me to send it over after the interview. I sent it via Box Cloud so I could track views, but they never opened it. After the interview, one of the 34 people showed me around and introduced me to the team, which seemed positive. However, a week passed with no follow-up from my end, and I still didn't hear back, even after sending the presentation documents they requested. They completely ghosted me despite my attempts to stay engaged. While I respect if a more qualified candidate emerged, it's basic professional courtesy to update candidates on their status, even if it's a rejection. Ghosting shouldn't be part of a company's culture, especially for a young company like BioTrust Nutrition. It seemed like the interviewer lacked leadership and empathy, which wasn't my issue but reflected poorly on them.

The process was great. It involved a phone interview and then an in-person one. They asked good questions to verify my experience. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They answered all my questions and met my expectations.

Behavioral Other

It was the standard process. They asked questions relevant to the job. The interview was on Skype and it felt calming and relaxing, I felt very comfortable. This is a work at home CSR role. I first had to answer 2 email scenario questions and then waited to see if I would be selected to move on.
