First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BioTAB Healthcare.
Contractor
It was a laid-back conversation, very team-oriented with positive vibes. They asked specific questions about how I'd handle certain situations, based on the job description. They're looking for someone who fits in well with the existing team.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle conflict.
Associate Territory Manager
Applied and got an offer in about a month and a half for this role. The interview process was pretty straightforward and had three main steps. First, there was a phone call where they asked about me and my interest in BioTAB. Then, I had a ride-along with a Territory Manager. Finally, I interviewed with the regional manager.
- Could you give me a sales pitch for the products?
Territory Manager
So first there was a quick phone call with a recruiter. After that, I had a zoom call with the Regional manager. Then, I went in person to interview with the Regional again. The last part was shadowing another team member for a couple of hours. They are really selective, looking for people who are outgoing, comfortable presenting, can hold a good conversation, have relevant experience, and a high motor.
- Can you tell me about your least strong characteristic?
- What's your worst attribute?
Sales Representative
I went through 4 rounds of interviews and everyone was super friendly. However, they completely ghosted me after basically promising me the job. I have reached out to several individuals within the company and nothing. Really frustrating
- Can you tell me about your long term goals?
