The process was quite lengthy, with many behavioral and psychological test questions. The final stage was an interview with the manager in SP. The final result didn't take too long, but the waiting times between stages were quite long; there could have been more agility.

There was a long line, and then an objective interview with good questions. The goal was to discover your vocation during the interview to separate the apprentices into different sectors. For example, if you said you were thinking of studying computer science, you would probably be placed in IT.

Presentation Behavioral

The hiring process itself wasn't that difficult, but it was quite tiring. It started with a personal presentation, in the form of a PPT, for about 15 candidates. The recruiter wasn't very well prepared to lead the meeting, with many lawyers in the same room and little space. Afterward, the recruiter called my previous employer to conduct a questionnaire. They emphasized, 'we are not looking for someone who steps on others to get ahead, even if they are very intelligent and studious' - perhaps it's better to be more discreet and less personal when hiring. Many companies now hire without expecting candidates to be fully formed, especially as we are entering the job market, but to fit your needs, a two-way exchange might be beneficial. The recruiter made it clear from the start that they wouldn't hire me based on my image and how I presented myself, even though I was one of the last finalists. There was no feedback.
