First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BioSerenity.
Project Manager
It was a weird interview with a mix of technical questions, questions about challenges I faced in previous roles and how I overcame them, and comments that seemed designed to throw me off balance.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process involved an HR screening followed by a conversation with the operations manager. They were friendly and attentive, genuinely aiming to get to know the candidate. The interview went well, but unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, the process couldn't continue further.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain why you are the ideal candidate?
Product Manager
The first interview was a high level chat about the company stage and products, what the role is about and my background. The second half had general questions to assess my seniority and knowledge. The interview seamed to have gone well (that was the feedback I got) but there was no further follow-up.
- Could you tell me about a difficult project you managed and your approach to it?
Digital Marketing Specialist
It began with a quick phone screening that led to a more in-depth phone interview. After that, I came into the office for an in-person meeting with the EVP of Sales and Marketing. Then, there was a technical interview focused on my marketing campaign experience and development processes. Everything wrapped up with me getting an offer.
- Can you walk me through how you set up paid ads?
- Tell me about your marketing campaign experience.
- What are your marketing development processes?
