Behavioral Technical Case

I applied on their website and a recruiter reached out. Despite some initial stress, the interview went well and I was invited to the next stages. The second interview, meant to be a video call, turned into a general phone screen due to technical issues. The CHRO seemed positive but focused on her new role, trying to be personable by using my first name, which had the opposite effect. Regardless, I moved on to the final round with the COO. The COO missed the first scheduled video interview because of technical difficulties, and rescheduling also brought more technical problems, making me question the company's organization. In the final 'video' interview, the CHRO was still present when the COO joined, creating a strained atmosphere and raising another red flag. The COO also had video issues. His questions felt like 'free consulting,' which is ethically questionable. I think things were going fine until I mentioned feeling confusion from multiple interviews with them. I got a rejection email within hours, which says a lot about their culture.

Behavioral Technical Other

The hiring and interview process went really well. First, I had a phone call which included a quick initial screening. Then, an interview was set up for the following week, lasting about an hour. The interviewers were really nice and made me feel super comfortable. I spoke with two managers for about 40 minutes, asking each other questions. To wrap things up, I had to do a writing skills test on the computer, which took around fifteen minutes.

Behavioral Technical

I was recruited by a scientific recruiting company and the whole process took about two weeks. It started with a phone screening, and then I had an interview the following week. The interview itself wasn't too tough, in my opinion. I met with both the senior manager for QA and the QC supervisor. They asked pretty direct questions. Mostly it was about my goals for the job and what experience I could contribute. Having prior QA/QC experience from a lab setting really helps, I think. Any details you have are good. Honestly, the interview felt pretty unstructured, like the panel just asked whatever came to mind. So, my advice is to just be yourself and let your personality show!

It was a nice virtual interview process. There were 2 rounds before they let me know I wasn't moving forward. The same interviewers asked me the same questions in both interviews, which felt a little repetitive.
