Behavioral Case Presentation

The initial HR part went well and was communicated clearly. Talking to the CEO was helpful to get a sense of the business and its direction. The final interview, which was a case study, was unfortunately not well-explained and poorly set up. It was also conducted by relatively junior staff who seemed unsure how to discuss best practices in product management. Because of this, I didn't get an offer, but it did give me some insight into how mature their product management team is.

BioRender reached out to me on LinkedIn about a Growth Product Manager position. I spoke with their recruiter just once. She was very enthusiastic and did a good job promoting BioRender. We mutually decided to not move forward because the role wasn't the best fit for my career stage right now.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

First, we'll have a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, you'll meet with the CEO. After that, there's a tough, on-the-spot product sense test. You'll also meet with the design team and the engineering team for a technical assessment. A take-home assignment will follow, and finally, a behavioral interview to wrap things up.
