& Process

First, I got an email with two tests: a timed PI (Predictive Index) with about 50 questions, mostly math, conversions, or logic, and a Behavioral Assessment with two questions. After passing those, about 10-15 days later, I had a 1/1 interview with Lindsey (SVP Project Operations), Kevin (Project Manager), and Wayne (VP Program Development). The questions were standard (about myself, future goals, why Biorasi, project management experience). Then, I had to prepare and give a PowerPoint presentation on site selection for clinical trials. Finally, I received an offer for a similar level position in a different department.

Applied online on the website and then got a call for a phone interview about a week later. Two weeks after that, an in-person interview was scheduled. The interview was supposed to be a one-day event, but the scheduled person didn't show up, so I had to come back the next day. The people were nice, but like others have mentioned, past experience isn't really valued. They mostly talked about their company and asked about my personal life and personality. I also took a skills test. I did appreciate their honesty about the expected work hours, which is 50+ per week.

This was the most disorganized and poorly managed interview I've experienced. The CEO was really arrogant and hostile, not even looking at my resume and trying to intimidate me throughout. It seemed like he wanted to make people feel stupid. I eventually just gave up answering because he kept interrupting and was just obnoxious. By the end, I didn't want the job because I couldn't imagine dealing with someone like that daily. After the CEO, I met with a group of young employees, clearly fresh out of school with no interviewing experience, but they were just as arrogant as the management. I wasn't sure if they were the team I was supposed to manage or what the point of talking to them was.

So, first they had me talk to HR about my general updates. Then, there was an online analytical test. If you pass that, you move on to a technical round. The technical round is pretty intense if your core knowledge isn't solid. They asked a bunch of questions about monitoring and gave me some case studies. The main goal of the technical round was to check my core knowledge.
