First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Biomedical Systems.
Sales Representative
My interview experience was great. Even though I was coming from a lab background and trying to get into sales was tough, Biomedical Systems really valued my experience and made the process easy for me. They asked some hard questions, as expected, but they also answered my questions about the job and company. I especially liked hearing how passionate they are about their work, which made me want the job even more.
- Describe a hurdle you encountered and how you dealt with it.
Research Coordinator
The interview process seemed to go well at first. I spoke with a few different people. After a while, though, I didn't hear back from anyone, even after I emailed the director and left a voicemail.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What areas of research are you interested in?
- What kind of experience do you have with gathering and examining data?
Project Manager Analyst
I found a job posting on the company's website, but the link for it didn't work. So I emailed HR directly to ask about any open positions. I heard back in about a week or two. They set up an interview, which was more of a panel interview with the management team. They asked a lot of different types of questions.
- How quickly can you learn clinical jargon, and do you know anything about pulmonary functions?
Clinical Project Manager
So first I talked to the Associate Director for the department this job was in. Then HR called me back and I had to do a presentation to a small group of people from that department.
- Can you share an instance of a mistake you made in a past role, detailing how you fixed it and the lessons you gained?
