This was an odd process. It started with an HR screen, followed by a 2.5-hour in-person interview that included standard questions and an Excel test. They really made it seem like I was a strong candidate and in the running. However, less than 5 hours after the interview, I received a very generic rejection email stating they were moving forward with candidates whose qualifications were a better fit. It's frustrating how they waste candidates' time and make them take time off work when they aren't seriously considering them. They should definitely add another round between the HR call and the in-person interview to filter candidates more effectively.

First there was an HR phone call, and then I was invited for an in person interview. The in person interview lasted for an hour with 3 interviewers, each interviewing me for 20 minutes. The whole process was quite easy and everyone was very friendly.

The interview process was a bit strange. I talked to both a recruiter consultant and someone from HR, but it seemed like they hadn't coordinated because neither knew about the other's interview. This lack of communication made things inefficient and felt awkward, and honestly, it made me question whether I wanted to join the team.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

It was a Super Day event with a Round Robin format. I met with Associates, Senior Analysts, and a VP. It was pretty intense but totally doable. You really need to know the company inside and out, plus its competitors and its market position. The REIT industry is huge, so get familiar with the big players, especially those focused on life-science real estate (and maybe healthcare too). Honestly, if you do your homework and grasp the industry, you'll be fine. It sounds cliché, but it's true.
