The process was long and thorough, with about 4 to 5 interviews. It included peer interviews, a discussion with the direct manager, and chats with people in similar roles. It was very informative, but the peer-to-peer chat was the highlight.

I was emailed by a recruiter to set up a phone interview, which was the first step. It was quick and they took some basic info about my background. They said they'd pass my resume to the hiring manager to see if they wanted to bring me in for an in-person interview. The recruiter then told me the hiring manager was interested in meeting me. The in-person interview went well; I felt good and the questions were what I expected for the job. At the end, they said I'd hear back by Monday at the latest because they wanted to fill the position quickly. I never heard back after the interview, so I followed up with the recruiter but got no response. While I know they don't have to update everyone, it would've been nice to get a response when I politely asked for an update, especially since I had other job options and needed to make a decision. I figured they had already decided since I never heard back. It's a bummer because I really liked the company and the hiring manager.

It was a really long interview process, it lasted for about 2 months. I applied on the website and then got an email from HR to schedule an interview. I met with two really nice women from HR, they took notes and wrote down my answers. The questions were super easy. I heard back through email about a month later to come in for another interview, but I met with two different nice women. They asked pretty much the same questions as the first HR interview. A week after that, I was contacted to come in again and meet with two more ladies. Then, another week later, I finally got an offer letter!

Applied and got an email a few days later to schedule a phone interview. The day of, I got an email at the last minute to reschedule. After reading Glassdoor reviews, I didn't care much. She rescheduled for today and when she called, I was on speakerphone and she sounded sleepy. I told her my schedule request from the start because I had a bad experience before and she told me their 3 shifts (8-5, 9-6, & 11-8). I needed the earliest, but she said most work 9-6. She didn't mention anything about the position. I guess they couldn't hire for the 8-5 shift. Appreciate her not wasting too much time, only 12 minutes. Would've been upset if I went through their long process to find that out.
