The whole process felt off, like nobody knew what they wanted. They kept moving me forward even when I asked if they had doubts or if I needed to explain my experience more. Then they spent an hour grilling my references with questions that should have been for me. It's wild how unorganized and disrespectful they were for a company that's been around this long; it felt more like a startup than an established place.

It was a pretty standard process with a few rounds. I had some one on one chats and a group interview. It all took about 30 days from start to finish. It kicked off with HR and wrapped up with some finance folks.

First, I had a screening call with a recruiter. Then, I did three interviews in a row at their office with two hiring managers, some other team members, and an HR rep.

Got an email to set up an interview. The first interview was a super quick 5-minute call, felt kinda rushed and all over the place. No follow-up after that, just got a rejection email.
