First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BIOLASE.
Digital Marketing Manager
It was a pretty typical interview process, you know, with a few parts. Started with some phone calls, then I had to go in person to meet with a bunch of people, like from HR, the marketing head honcho, the sales boss, and even the CEO. They also did a background check on me.
- Can you describe your background in creating and implementing marketing initiatives?
Sales
It was a really chill process, no stress at all. I always knew what was coming next, and the team was super professional, answering everything I asked. What really got me, unlike other sales jobs, is that they actually train their new hires. That’s what sealed the deal for me.
- Tell me what you know about our company.
Technical
The phone screen was fine. The next interview was a 1:1 that I had to pay for myself, and it was completely unprofessional. The salary and benefits they offered were unacceptable and way below what other companies pay. Don't waste your time here.
- How do you handle disagreements with your manager?
Business Development Specialist
You'll have interviews with various people before getting a job offer. The questions are mostly standard interview questions. There's also a thorough background check that happens throughout the process.
- What are your strategies for managing conflict?
