Sales Manager
I was referred to Biohorizons HR by a recruiter because I had the qualifications they were looking for. After a 10 minute phone call with Aimee, she said she saw no reason not to move me forward. But then the recruiter told me I wasn’t a good fit. No real reason was given and it was the opposite of what she said on the phone. It was disappointing. It’s shortsighted to reject a qualified candidate without letting them talk to the hiring manager.

Account Manager
It was a solid interview experience. There were 4 rounds in total, focusing on behavioral and motivational questions. They wanted me to review the products, do some field work myself, and then come up with questions a sales rep would ask. Overall, it was a very straightforward and expected kind of experience.
- What makes you a strong candidate for this specific position?
- Considering our products, how would you conduct field work and what inquiries would a sales representative pose?
- What distinguishes you for this particular role?
Medical Device Sales Representative
It was a really thorough interview process, and I enjoyed talking to everyone. It was pretty laid back too. I got referred by a recruitment agency and have moved on to the next stage, but I'm still waiting to hear if I got the job. The role is well-advertised and seems like it has a lot of potential for growth. I'm really excited about it if I'm lucky enough to get it.

Sales Representative
The whole thing was super fast, I got an offer in just two weeks. It started with a phone screen, then a one-on-one chat, and finally a group interview in LA to meet the management team. The recruiter was really clear which made things easy. HR was great throughout.
