First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BioBridge Global.
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty typical process. A recruiter first screened me, then I had a phone interview, and finally met with the hiring manager in person. The vibe was really friendly, and everyone was super nice and professional.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Director of IT
The interview process was set up decently. HR was good at coordinating schedules for phone and face-to-face interviews. The offer letter and acceptance part was confusing and unclear. HR was rigid about drug testing and wouldn't make anything contingent on outcomes first. Background checks took a long time without updates, which was frustrating.
- Can you describe your experience with Disaster Recovery?
- Have you been involved in strategy development and creating Strategic Roadmaps?
CLS Position
The first interview is to see if you have the qualifications and can do the job. It's in person with an HR Manager, who was a young white male in my case, looked college aged. I had all the skills and experience but never heard back, I still can't believe they didn't hire me. Maybe because I'm hispanic?
- Do you prefer working alone or in a group?
Research Lab Supervisor
This interview process had great questions and was very insightful. It helped me get a better feel for the role and what the job actually entails. I felt I knew what I was signing up for.
- Tell me about a time a situation did not turn out as you expected.
